Two independent tracks hit the same problem. A2E PM Suite (this project) = a working, interactive tool. Grok CANON = an architecture spec + research board (the running app was not exported; source not included). Source files: AllChats/GROK-PMI-Track/. This page is analysis only — nothing here overrides our build.
A working application: 15+ interactive modules that compute. Live EVM, CPM critical path, agile board, scope-creep adjudicator, flowdown applicability engine, risk EMV, financials, one-click reports + exec deck. Traces to 40 verified PMBOK 8 processes. Persists data. You can run a project in it today.
An architecture spec: 18-module P3C object model, four-spine hierarchy, ISO/TC 258 twin, three public-domain demo programs, export-control markings, CPSR index. Broader standards net; deeper portfolio/program spine. But the running app was not exported — it's a blueprint + research board, not a tool you can operate.

⚠ One factual item to settle
CANON states EIA-748 Rev E has 27 guidelines; our build cites 32 criteria. The classic count is 32, grouped in 5 categories. Your newly-purchased Standard for EVM is the primary source — a screenshot of its EIA-748 category/guideline page settles it definitively. Until then, both numbers are flagged unverified.
Comparison based on GROK-PMI-Track export (FINDINGS.md, MANIFEST.md, session-transcript.md, pmi-track-board.html) committed to Barefootservants2/AllChats 2026-08-27. Grok's running CANON app source was not included in that export; assessment of "theirs" is of the spec + research board, per Grok's own manifest note.
